Mid to Meditation: Nourishing the divinity.

Have you ever felt the urge to turn off your brain or have you ever imagined taking it out while solving a bug in your program by installing new packages? That's what meditation does. It takes you from an average mediocre human to a superhuman in 10 really easy steps.

Steps:

  1. Find a relaxing and soothing environment for yourself.
  2. Start with a simple practice like focusing on your breath and body sensations.
  3. Sit with your legs crossed while keeping your back straight.
  4. Focus on your breathing, the rhythm of inhales and exhales.
  5. Observe your body by feeling your features, limbs, and other body parts.
  6. Redirect your focus when thoughts start to arise by acknowledging them but redirect your attention to your breathing and sensations.
  7. Begin with small time limits like 10 minutes and increase it according to your preferences.
  8. Stay consistent.
  9. Stay positive; explore different ways of meditation like walking meditation and more.
  10. Stay calm and collected even when the desired outcome is not achieved, and don't get discouraged.

As a beginner or as a seasoned professional, these steps will surely help you achieve your Zen goals, as it keeps your physical as well as your mental health at its best by stress reduction, improved focus, emotional regulation, and enhanced memory.
